Though June calls Houston home, most of our working hours are spent at the corporate headquarters of our clients throughout the US. We are a woman-owned firm, certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), that delivers value to every client. This value is reflected by our ongoing relationships with clients and their repeated satisfaction.

Diverse skill sets and technical savvy give our analysts exceptional flexibility and a wide range of tools and approaches to solve any problem. With this experience, June has developed a growing reputation as troubleshooters for difficult projects and has become well-known for our ability to salvage those projects.

Our Senior Team

Louann Barnett

Louann is the President and founder of June Consulting. She founded June Consulting with a group of experienced legal technology experts after working in the industry for the past decade.

Louann brings a keen set of business analysis and design skills to all of the projects that she manages or participates on. She has been a key contributor on numerous Fortune 100 matter management and ebilling implementations over the years at clients such as ExxonMobil, Shell Oil and Wal-Mart. Before founding June, Louann led a legal technology practice at another consulting firm and spent several years as a Finance Manager at General Electric.

Roger Chavira

Roger is a founding member of June Consulting. He has a well-rounded technical and functional skill set, developed during the implementation and support of systems in multiple Fortune 100 legal departments. He is sought after for his expertise with business intelligence reporting. Roger has played important roles at clients such as General Motors and Shell and has been used by the software vendors directly on several occasions. Before becoming a legal technology consultant, Roger worked as a systems developer at The March of Dimes.

Matt Gwilliam

Matt is a founding member of June Consulting. He is a talented project manager and technical lead. Matt has trained and directed in-house technical resources on several matter management and ebilling engagements. His skills have been critical to the success of projects at ExxonMobil, Wal-Mart and Lincoln National. Matt became a legal technology expert specialist while working ‘in-house’ for several years with ExxonMobil’s Law Department as a senior IT analyst.

Steve Rogers

Steve is a founding member of June Consulting. His technical and business analysis skills have made him a valuable asset on several high profile projects. He has been involved in process and system design projects as well as highly technical data conversions at clients such as MetLife, General Motors and Lincoln National. Before coming to June, Steve owned a successful consulting firm focused on Oracle ERP projects. Steve began his career as a CPA.

Doug Schulke

Doug has acquired a wide range of skills in the legal technology field as a key player in implementations of matter management, document management, business intelligence and ebilling systems. His rich business experience and deep understanding of business strategy are assets to his clients. Doug joined June after a long tenure with Wal-Mart as ‘in-house’ Legal IT support.
